 BOOKING HOLD POLICY

Once your requested date has been confirmed you will receive an invoice for the $100 deposit required to hold the space.Your requested date / time can only be held for 24 hours once the availability has been confirmed and an invoice has been sent.

If a deposit is not received within 24 hours the time reserved will be released.

 

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

All cancellations / rescheduling must be made no less than 48 hours if by email or voice mail or personally, eg. Shoot set up for 4pm on Sat…cancellation or rescheduling no later than 4pm on Friday.

If cancellation or rescheduling occurs less than 48 hours the deposited will be forfeited. No exceptions.

Your deposit will be good for 6 months after the canceled shoot, and can be applied to another shoot within the 6 month time period.

After 6 months your deposit will be forfeited. NO RETURNS ON REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS
